Project description

Construction of a new Air Traffic Control Tower at Bahrain International Airport. 

Special details

Deerns reviewed the design of the new control tower with a view to functionality. Review addressed lines of sight from the Visual Control Room, sizing and location of equipment rooms, and accessibility of the tower for cabling.
  

Involvement Deerns

Deerns was responsible for the design and preparation of tender documents for all Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment for the new control tower.
