The new Triton building, redeveloped by OVG and located at one of Frankfurt’s A-list locations, will become a hypermodern office building. The aim of the revitalization of Triton Haus, is to introduce a new standard for sustainability in redevelopment.
Many sustainable aspects have been integrated in the design so that a
“DGNB Gold certificate” can be obtained. The DGNB Gold certificate is
comparable to a Leed Platinum certificate.
For the project, Deerns and subsidiary Schmidt Reuter collaborated with both Dutch and German companies.
